Place, weather, privet pool, another world
They did not maintain the heater or daily check up for the hot water in the privet pool

I really loved the view it was amazing facing the forests and the mountains near the lack but it was so scary at night.
What I did not like the private pool was open so people in restaurants and other villas could see us clearly and because am Muslim I felt un comfortable and I didn’t get my privacy.Staff just cares about money. This hotel needs to improve its customer satisfactions by training their staff intensively.

Spent my new year in a luxurious hotel in the jungle. The views were breathtaking, with a beautiful private pool and great room amenities. The food was fantastic, the staff was friendly, and the spa services were top-notch. The location is great with easy access to nearby attractions and activities to keep you busy.
The prices are quite high, and the cost of food is on the expensive side. The hotel is quite secluded, and for guests who want to explore outside the hotel premises, transport can become quite costly.

Hidden deep in a serene forest, it's a perfect ambience for nature lovers. Cycling in the hilly area is a great activity. With authentic decor and comfy beds, the rooms are worth staying in. The spa offers remarkable relaxation, and the staff is pleasant all through your stay.
The prices could be off-putting, and the noise of heavy traffic nearby might affect your peaceful escape.

Spent Christmas at a secluded hotel surrounded by the lush jungle, and it was the best decision I made. Loved the peace and quiet of the location, and the exceptional service that's hard to come by. The villas were amazing, offering stunning views of the surroundings, and had everything I needed, from comfortable beds to amazing amenities. Another highlight was the infinity pool, where I spent hours lounging and taking in the beauty around me.
While I loved my stay, I have to mention that the restaurant was expensive and had a limited menu, which was slightly disappointing. the location was quite isolated, so I had to take a long drive to explore the nearby areas.

My stay at this hotel was worth every penny, with excellent value for the money. The room exceeded my expectations, even better than the photos online. The location was an absolute paradise in the middle of the jungle. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay truly special.
The morning meal could have been improved with a wider selection of options.

The value for money at Hanging Gardens Of Bali was unbeatable. The room was stunning and the location, surrounded by jungle and wildlife, was simply magical. The staff treated us like royalty, making our stay unforgettable.
The breakfast option could be improved with a wider selection of local dishes to truly experience the flavors of the region.

We recently stayed at this hotel for our anniversary and the experience was luxurious. The staff was attentive and fulfilled all our exclusive amenities needs. The outdoor swimming pool was scenic and relaxing, perfect for an afternoon of sunbathing. The spa & wellness centre offered exceptional treatments and massages. The room advantages were stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding jungle. The Restaurant offered an exquisite halal food menu with an extensive drinks list. Finally, the location advantages were ideal for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was the lack of a library or a quiet space to read a book and unwind. Despite this, there were plenty of outdoor areas such as the BBQ facilities and garden area for some peaceful moments.

Surrounded by lush rainforests, the Hanging Gardens of Bali provides a tranquil escape from the bustling city. Guests can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Ayung River from their private villa, complete with a spacious pool overlooking the valley. The staff at the resort, including the chef and massagers, are friendly and attentive, ensuring a memorable experience. The breakfast offers a wide variety of fresh fruits and healthy options. The rooms are stunning, with traditional thatched high roofs and luxurious amenities, such as a private bubble pool. The resort also offers activities like morning walks through the local villages and rice fields, providing a glimpse into Balinese culture.
Although the resort offers a shuttle service to Ubud town, it would be more convenient if the shuttle operated multiple times throughout the day, allowing guests to explore the town at different times.
